I started my own personal fitness journey a few years ago after suffering from mental health issues myself. I found that exercise became my coping mechanism and my way of dealing with my demons. Since then, exercise has become a way of life for me and I enjoy  the benefits of healthy living and changing my body shape. It has been an interesting few years, and I have learnt so much about myself and achieved so many goals. Now I want to help more people achieve their goals no matter where they are in the world. I love to help others and I work very closely with my clients to ensure they make the best possible progress. Theres no better feeling than helping someone push through a time in their life that they thought they'd never get out of and see them come out on the other side smiling.
