Back with a new homeguide! Peach Please isnt all about the peaches. Its got a little bit of everything in. Cardio, Upper body, Lower body, Hiit and ABS. Ive got you covered. This E book is bodyweight and weight friendly. In addition ive made sure you can do this guide within smaller places as i know we dont have the privallage of summer anymore :( Id advise you have a resistance band for the best possible burns. The Peach Please plan is 6 weeks long with 5 workouts per week and 2 rest days, but of course you can workout however many days a week you like.
